Export Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage yarn customer sampling activities and maintain sample tracking records.
• Coordinate sample development with production and quality teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch of samples to customers worldwide.
• Collect customer feedback and facilitate approvals for bulk orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential export customers.
• Support quotations, inquiries, customer correspondence, and order follow-ups.
• Maintain digital yarn inventory records and support stock monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Textile Management, or a related field.
✔ 1–3 years of relevant experience in export marketing, merchandising, sales coordination, or customer handling.
✔ Knowledge of yarn products, export procedures, and customer requirements.
✔ Strong MS Excel and data management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
