We’re Hiring: Export Manager (Africa & Middle East) FMCG (Confectionery)

Location: Lahore

Looking to lead international growth in Africa & Middle Eastern markets? We’re hiring a dynamic Export Manager to drive expansion, build strong distributor networks, and unlock new revenue streams across these high-potential regions.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop & execute export strategies focused on Africa & Middle East
• Identify and penetrate new markets across GCC & African regions
• Build & manage distributors, agents & key accounts internationally
• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations & commercial agreements
• Ensure compliance with regional food regulations & export laws
• Manage export documentation, certifications & shipping processes
• Coordinate with supply chain for smooth and timely deliveries
• Track market trends, competitor activity & consumer demand
• Achieve export sales, volume & profitability targets

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, International Trade or relevant field
• 5–10 years of experience in FMCG exports (Africa/Middle East preferred)
• Strong understanding of GCC & African market dynamics
• Expertise in export compliance, logistics & documentation
• Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills
