Description:
SIAR Digital is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join the team as an Executive – Products & Inventory (eCommerce Executive). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product uploads and inventory across multiple Shopify stores, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in all product-related data.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently upload bulk product data via CSV files to Shopify stores.
- Manually upload and update product images across different Shopify stores.
- Monitor product descriptions, features, and other store details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in product-related data to maintain store integrity.
- Prepare reconciliation reports to track and document changes made to product data.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on management requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Shopify or eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets and generate reports.
- Strong understanding of Shopify store operations and product data management.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
