Executive Finance

Description:

We are looking for an Executive Finance professional to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling bank borrowing activities, including bank visits and strong command over financial documentation such as BBFS, LFA, BR for bank facilities, Form A & 29.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head of Finance in all treasury and bank borrowing activities
• Managing bank borrowing processes and documentation
• Coordinating with banks for financial facilities
• Handling property mortgages and ensuring compliance
• Analyzing and managing bank spread
• Ensuring timely submission and processing of required documents

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bank borrowing activities
• Strong knowledge of financial documents and regulatory requirements
• Experience in handling property mortgages and bank spreads
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for bank dealings

Salary: PKR 70,000 - 100,000 (based on experience) plus benefits
