We are looking for an Executive Finance (Treasury/Bank Borrowing) to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing bank borrowing activities, including handling financial documentation and working with banks for facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to treasury management and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist the Head of Finance in all treasury and bank borrowing activities
✅ Manage bank borrowing processes and ensure all necessary documentation is in order
✅ Coordinate with banks for financial facilities
✅ Handle property mortgages and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
✅ Analyze and manage bank spreads
✅ Ensure timely submission and processing of required documents

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in bank borrowing activities
✔️ Strong knowledge of financial documents and regulatory requirements
✔️ Experience in handling property mortgages and bank spreads
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with banks
