Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and ensure executives are prepared for all engagements.
Stakeholders & Internal Communication
Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
Operational Workflow Oversight
Streamline and monitor internal workflows, track project timelines, and proactively flag risks or delays.
Social Media Management & Analytics
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms; track engagement metrics and performance trends using tools like Meta.
Content Support
Draft and edit blog posts, social media stories, and captions in line with brand tone; coordinate with internal teams for timely approvals and updates.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and organize data in Excel/Google Sheets; create dashboards and insights-driven reports for leadership decision-making.
Documentation & SOP Creation
Draft, update, and maintain company documentation including SOPs, process manuals, and internal guides.
CRM & Tech Tool Utilization
Use CRMs, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana) to increase team efficiency.
