Description:

S&P Global is looking for an ETL Developer to join its data migration team under Project Armadillo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL development, SQL, and data integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL solutions for enterprise-level data migration projects.
• Develop strategic initiatives and manage business-as-usual (BAU) operations efficiently.
• Set priorities, coordinate workflows, and collaborate with global teams to meet company objectives.
• Maintain data integrity and performance optimization in ETL processes.
• Ensure ETL pipelines align with security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Contribute to S&P’s enterprise architecture, cloud enablement, and DevOps strategies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on ETL development experience, preferably in Informatica and Hitachi Pentaho.
• Strong SQL skills (query optimization, database performance tuning).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative work environment.
