Enterprise Sales Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the Telecommunications & ICT industry, is seeking an experienced 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 to manage strategic enterprise accounts within the 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and business development, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients in the financial services sector.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

- Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.

- Prepare account plans, sales strategies, and business proposals tailored to client requirements.

- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to provide end-to-end ICT solutions.

- Expand existing customer accounts by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

- Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence and support business expansion.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field. MBA will be an advantage.

- 5–10 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

- 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

- Strong understanding of 𝐈𝐂𝐓, 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic enterprise accounts.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
