Embroidery Programmer

Description:

We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Programmer to join our retail operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in embroidery programming and a strong understanding of retail production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create embroidery programs from artwork and design files
• Edit and optimize existing embroidery programs
• Ensure correct stitch type, density, sizing, and placement
• Test programs before bulk production
• Coordinate with design and production teams
• Troubleshoot embroidery machine and program errors
• Maintain quality standards and reduce thread wastage
• Meet production deadlines for retail orders

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Programmer
• Strong knowledge of embroidery software and machines
• Understanding of retail / fashion embroidery standards
• Good eye for detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic understanding of fabrics, threads, and trims

Education & Experience

• Diploma or certification in embroidery / textile (preferred)
• 2–5 years relevant experience in embroidery programming
