Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The Email Marketer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising email campaigns to engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines and body copy.
• Segment email lists and personalise campaigns for targeted audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise subject lines, content, and send times.
• Ensure all emails comply with best practices in terms of content, design, and spam regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail-chimp, Hub-spot, or similar).
• Strong understanding of email best practices, deliver ability, and CAN-SPAM
