B SQUARE Visuals is looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who can handle BOTH email marketing AND LinkedIn marketing for our clients. Work remotely with multiple brands and help them grow through smart marketing strategies.

Work Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PKT | Remote

What You'll Do

Email Marketing:

• Create and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools

• Build and organize email lists in CRM systems

• Write engaging email copy that gets people to open, click, and respond

• Track email metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions)

• Test subject lines and content to improve results

LinkedIn Marketing:

• Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles for clients

• Send connection requests and personalized messages to potential leads

• Create and post engaging LinkedIn content

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and target prospects

• Build prospect databases and track outreach activity

• Report on LinkedIn campaign performance and lead generation

What You Need

• Must have experience with BOTH email marketing AND LinkedIn marketing

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in both areas

• Know how to use email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

• Know how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively

• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

• Good English writing and speaking skills

• Understand marketing data and what the numbers mean

• Work independently without constant supervision

• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
