Your Edu Connect, a premier education consulting firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Educational Counselor to join their team. As an Educational Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Academic Advisors team and driving sales, offering students personalized advice and guidance on their academic journey abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their educational background, career objectives, and preferences.

• Advise students on educational opportunities in countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Hungary, Ireland, New Zealand, and Turkey.

• Assist students throughout the university application process, including document preparation.

• Help students set achievable goals and provide practical solutions for academic success.

• Provide personalized career guidance and skills assessments.

• Represent students’ interests as a liaison between them and educational institutions.

• Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, and university admission criteria.

• Advise on scholarship and financial aid opportunities to support students' academic pursuits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).

• Proven track record of success in sales management and leadership roles within the education or consultancy sector.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in educational consulting or a similar field.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Extroverted, sales-oriented, with a hustler mentality.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
