Rollover, a beloved kidswear brand known for its vibrant designs and high-quality comfort, is expanding its Eastern wear line and looking for a creative, trend-savvy designer to join the team. Design seasonal Eastern wear collections for boys and girls aged 0–12 years.
Develop mood boards, color palettes, and creative concepts aligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with the sourcing team to select fabrics, trims, embroideries, and accessories for development and production.
Work closely with textile designers to translate ideas into vibrant print designs.
Coordinate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and sampling teams through the design-to-sample process.
Track trends, festive seasons, and customer insights to drive product relevance and differentiation.
Participate in photoshoots, product launches, and feedback sessions for continuous design improvement.
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or Textile Design (Eastern wear or kidswear specialization preferred)
2+ years of hands-on experience in Eastern wear design
Knowledge of fabric selection, embroidery techniques, and child-centric design sensibilities
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar design tools
Ability to manage multiple collections with strict seasonal timelines
Understanding of kids’ wear sizing, comfort, and market trends
Experience in digital or hand embroidery development
Previous work with Pakistani fashion brands
Familiarity with local garment production processes
Ability to sketch designs both manually and digitally
A portfolio that reflects fun, festive, and wearable Eastern kidswear
