Description:
The Roshaan’s, a leading name in modern living and lifestyle solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executive to join their dynamic team based in Karachi. This position offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing and expanding the brand's online sales presence through strategic digital management and seamless operations across e-commerce platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital storefronts, ensuring high-quality product listings, executing marketing campaigns, improving user experience, and analyzing data to enhance performance and sales. Ideal candidates must be enthusiastic, analytical, organized, and well-versed in modern e-commerce and digital marketing practices.
Product Listings & Content Management:
Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, specifications, and images across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
Inventory and Fulfillment:
Monitor and coordinate inventory levels, order processing, returns, and fulfillment in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Sales & Performance Analysis:
Analyze customer behavior and sales performance data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and recommend performance-driven actions.
Digital Campaign Management:
Coordinate and execute performance-focused digital marketing campaigns including SEO, Google PPC, email marketing, and social media promotions.
Customer Service Management:
Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and concerns across various platforms, ensuring positive customer experiences and timely resolutions.
Collaborative Marketing:
Work with marketing and graphic design teams to create banners, visual content, and promotional materials for digital campaigns and seasonal sales events.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly review analytics to suggest improvements in content, promotions, and customer experience based on measurable outcomes.
Compliance & Brand Consistency:
Ensure all online activities, visuals, and content align with the company’s brand guidelines and are compliant with relevant legal standards.
Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field
2 to 3 years of proven experience managing e-commerce platforms or digital marketplaces
Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, digital marketing platforms, and eCommerce management systems
Good understanding of consumer behavior, digital commerce trends, and conversion optimization techniques
Basic design tool proficiency (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
