We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Pre-Journey Management Planner (JMP) to join our team in Sialkot.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Journey Planning

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and schedule journeys for personnel and assets.

Consider factors such as distance, transportation mode, time constraints, and logistical requirements.

• Route Optimization

Utilize mapping and routing software to identify the most efficient and safest routes.

Account for traffic patterns, road conditions, and potential hazards.

• Risk Assessment

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for each journey, identifying hazards and implementing safety measure.

• Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to transportation regulations, policies, and procedures.

Monitor driver qualifications, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards.

• Communication & Coordination

Facilitate clear communication between drivers, passengers, dispatchers, and external service providers.

• Emergency Response

Develop and implement emergency response plans for unforeseen incidents during travel.

• Performance Monitoring

Track key metrics such as on-time performance, fuel consumption, and safety incidents.

Identify areas for improvement in transportation operations.

• Post-Journey Review & Data Collection

Collect and analyze journey data from IVMS, GPS, and ERP systems.

Review routes, incidents, and deviations, ensuring proper documentation.

• Driver Feedback & Performance Evaluation

Gather driver feedback and evaluate performance based on safety, speed limits, and overall conduct.

• Report Generation & Continuous Improvement

Compile reports detailing journey outcomes, incidents, and feedback.

Recommend improvements to journey management processes and protocols.

 

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in journey management, logistics, or transportation operations.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess risks, optimize routes, and monitor performance metrics.
• Proficient in Computer knowledge and mapping, GPS, and journey management software.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination and feedback loops.

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.
