Dispatch Matrix (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is expanding its team in Islamabad! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is your chance to build a career in the UK cab dispatch industry.

🔹 Who Can Apply?

✅ Fresh graduates with outstanding English communication (spoken & written)
✅ Candidates with 3+ years of call centre/customer service experience
✅ Prior cab dispatch experience (Cordic knowledge is a big plus, but not mandatory)

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Answer and manage customer bookings
• Coordinate with UK-based drivers and passengers
• Ensure smooth, professional, and timely dispatch operations
• Learn advanced systems like Cordic for real-time dispatching

Note:- WE NEED PEOPLE FOR NIGHT SHIFTS
