We’re looking for a freelance digitizer/Embroider Designer with a strong sense of color, creative vision, and the ability to translate ideas into stunning, market-ready digital designs.

What we’re looking for:

🧵 Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer / Embroidery Designer (not graphic design)

💻 Strong command of Wilcom Embroidery Software

🪡 Ability to creatively use Wilcom stitch types (satin, fill, run stitches, etc.) to achieve premium embroidery results

✨ Knowledge of innovative and advanced stitch techniques to create unique textures and high-quality embroidery effects

🎨 A sharp eye for color harmony, thread selection, and embroidery texture

🌸 Strong understanding of motifs, repeat patterns, and embroidery layouts for garments

✨ Ability to translate design concepts into clean, production-ready embroidery files

🚀 Someone who understands both creativity and technical embroidery execution

What you’ll do:

Convert design concepts into detailed digital artworks

Develop unique pattern layouts and motif compositions

Align creativity with commercial appeal and brand direction
