Digital Account Manager

 

Description:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling

day-to-day communications, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams for

Obsessed Pickleballers (https://obsessedpickleballers.com), a US-based pickleball

coaching and training brand. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients,

supporting inquiries related to coaching programs, camps, events, and digital offerings.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment, bringing

strong communication skills, quick thinking, and a competitive mindset to deliver an

excellent client experience while supporting the company’s growth and community

engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

● Handle client communications through email, calls, and messaging platforms in

a timely manner

● Coordinate bookings, schedules, and inquiries related to coaching sessions,

camps, and programs

● Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information sharing and

smooth execution

● Follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and service satisfaction

● Track client interactions, updates, and feedback for internal reporting

● Assist in resolving client concerns efficiently and professionally

● Willingness to work onsite during night shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

 

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience

● Prior experience in account management, client servicing, or coordination roles

preferred

● Interest in sports or familiarity with sports-driven communities is a plus
