As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Deputy Sales Manager to support our sales team and contribute to achieving aggressive revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue goals.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, fostering long-term business partnerships.
- Handle and grow key accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
- Lead regular sales team meetings, contributing to sales proposals and client presentations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends, generating reports and providing actionable insights to enhance team performance.
- Mentor, motivate, and coach sales staff, enabling them to achieve their individual and collective sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools would be a plus.
