Our client, a leading retail bakery, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Deputy Manager E-Commerce to take charge of their digital storefront, treating their website as a flagship store. This pivotal role demands someone who can seamlessly manage everything from product listings, promotional campaigns, and online advertisements to performance analytics—ensuring the website remains highly optimized, easy to shop from, and perfectly aligned with the company’s business objectives.
The Deputy Manager E-Commerce will play a key role in driving online sales growth by continuously enhancing the user experience, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and analyzing customer and market data to make informed decisions that maximize conversion and revenue.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings, promotions, and digital campaigns are up to date and impactful.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase online sales and improve the overall customer journey on the website.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and IT teams to align e-commerce activities with broader business goals.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
Manage vendor relationships related to e-commerce technology, digital advertising, and content creation.
Ensure website functionality, usability, and content accuracy to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies to keep the platform competitive.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and analytics tools.
Detail-oriented with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with e-commerce management systems, analytics software, and digital advertising platforms.
Competitive monthly salary ranging between PKR 125,000 and 150,000.
