Mustafa Developers is seeking a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance to join their team. This pivotal role involves overseeing various aspects of financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts payables, budgeting, handling revenue and receivables, and ensuring effective financial reporting. You will also play a key role in process optimization and internal audits, contributing to the company’s financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payables and payments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

• Oversee budgeting and planning for operational (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).

• Handle revenue management and receivables, ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Oversee financial management and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practices.

• Manage petty cash and ensure proper handling and reporting.

• Perform internal audits and work on process optimization to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements:

• CA Finalist, ACCA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or FCCA.

• 5–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, and Internal Audits.

• Strong knowledge of GAP analysis and process optimization.
