Description:

S&P Global Market Intelligence is hiring a Data Analyst to work on Real Estate Industry Content. The selected candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and standardizing real estate data to ensure high-quality content delivery for clients. This role provides a challenging and dynamic work environment, requiring excellent analytical and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze real estate property-level and aggregate-level data from company reports, earnings releases, and press statements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through careful scrutiny and standardization.
• Provide timely and high-quality real estate content to support client decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with global teams in Pakistan, Philippines, and India.
• Continuously improve data collection processes by incorporating feedback and best practices.
• Stay updated on real estate industry trends and develop in-depth domain expertise.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide insights, and maintain relationships with internal teams for better data tracking.

Requirements:

• Education: BBA, MBA, M.Com, BS, or equivalent field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in data analysis or finance.
• Basic financial knowledge (accounting, financial terminologies).
• Research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic MS Excel proficiency is required.
• Rotational shifts: Candidates must be flexible to work morning, evening, and night shifts from the office.
