Dark Store Executive

Description:

Imtiaz is looking for an experienced Executive - Dark Store to manage day-to-day operations of their dark store in Clifton, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order picking, packing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dark store.

• Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs for online order processing.

• Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams.

• Generate daily reports and share insights for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or warehouse operations.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
