Description:

3S Solutions is looking for Customer Support Specialist (L1) located on-site in Lahore. Its 4-month contract-based job. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs on a day-to-day basis.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

  • English proficiency is a must

  • Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with customers

  • Prior experience in customer support roles
  • Knowledge of IT and technical troubleshooting

Requirements:

 

- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
