Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Customer Support Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical support issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining open and effective communication with clients. The Customer Support Specialist will also analyze and troubleshoot reported problems while delivering solutions to improve customer experience and engagement.

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and solutions is a plus
