We’re looking for experienced Customer Support Specialist (Email & Chat) to join our growing FinTech support team. If you have experience handling digital payments, transfers, account access, and transaction-related queries, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Skills:
• Email & Chat Support Expertise
• Experience supporting international digital payment or financial service platforms is mandatory 6 months to 1 year.
• Ability to work in fixed US shift timings
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• CRM documentation and customer issue resolution
