We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex customer inquiries, providing solutions efficiently, and improving overall customer satisfaction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Handle and resolve advanced customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
-Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues with a solution-oriented approach.
-Escalate critical issues to relevant teams while ensuring timely follow-ups.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
-Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve service quality.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
-Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Strong team collaboration and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
