🧩 Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via email, phone, and chat support
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Provide excellent customer service with empathy and patience

Work closely with the team to improve customer support processes

Strong English communication skills with a clear American accent
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Previous customer support experience is a plus (not required)
