If you have 1+ year of U.S. customer service experience, thrive in fast-paced call center environments, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience — this role is for you.

🕘 Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (PST / MST / CST)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone & email to U.S. customers
• Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns & service issues efficiently
• De-escalate challenging situations and provide practical solutions
• Maintain high service quality in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience


🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in U.S.-based customer support / call center role
• Excellent spoken & written English communication
• Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working night shifts, 6 days/week (rotational)
• Experience with online booking systems (plus)
• Good command of Excel
