Customer Support Specialist

 

Description:

We are a fast-growing travel and tour aggregating company, and we are on the lookout for a suitable candidate for our associated company, which provides luxury vehicle transportation services.

 

Our Sister Company is a high-end Canadian luxury cab and private transport facilitator, providing premium point-to-point transportation for business and leisure travelers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create quotes, manage bookings, and dispatch jobs using Limo Anywhere.
  • Assign vehicles and chauffeurs, manage schedules, and monitor trip status.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion and close bookings.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, chauffeurs, and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth execution from inquiry to trip completion.
  • Provide the customer support for the Associated Companies.

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 4 years of experience in limo dispatching (Cab dispatching is not considered).
  • Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication with the solid neutral English accent.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple bookings.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Candidates must be based in Pakistan.
