📍 Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

🕒 Shift Timings (Rotational):
1 PM – 10 PM | 2 PM – 11 PM | 3 PM – 12 AM | 4 PM – 1 AM
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and process leads from online customer forms
✅ Communicate with clients via phone, email & chat to confirm bookings
✅ Coordinate with drivers and internal teams for seamless service
✅ Handle live trip issues with professionalism and efficiency
✅ Maintain accurate records of all interactions and bookings
✅ Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
🎯 Requirements:
🔸 Previous customer service experience (transport/travel industry preferred)
🔸 Excellent English communication skills (UK accent preferred!)
🔸 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
🔸 Comfortable with rotational evening & night shifts (1 PM – 1 AM)
🔸 Familiarity with CRM tools and booking software is an advantage
