Grey Solutions is hiring for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, a professional attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to customer inquiries.
  • Document all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer service (preferably US, UK, or Canadian clients).
  • Fluency in English – both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts or on a flexible schedule.
  • Somebody looking for a stable, long-term, growth oriented position.
