This is a full-time, on-site role designed for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer service tasks, addressing technical queries, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: O Levels or Matric

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
