Description:

Logix Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar inverters and lithium batteries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure effective customer support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist end customers over the phone with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to single-phase solar inverters and lithium batteries.
  • Provide clear guidance and step-by-step support to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
  • Redirect customers to the nearest service center when necessary.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and address common inverter and battery issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding of solar inverters, batteries, and electronic systems.
  • Prior experience in the solar energy industry is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
