We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lahore.

💰 Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000
📌 Experience: Minimum 2 years

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Hands-on experience in email and live chat support
• Strong written and spoken English
• Familiarity with CRM/customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Kustomer, or similar platforms
• Good communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work any shift, including rotational/night shifts when required
• Willingness to work on-site at Model Town Link Road

The salary will be based on the English writing test and interview performance.
