Nexus Family Health, a US-based healthcare organization, is looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
* Complete patient follow-ups
* Document calls accurately in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
* Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare staff

Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Previous call-center handling experience
* ECW or other EMR experience is preferred
* US healthcare or appointment-scheduling experience is a plus
* Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills

📍 Location: Remote — Lahore-based
🕒 Employment: Full-time
🌙 Shift: Evening/night shift aligned with US working hours
💻 Stable internet and a personal computer are required
