What you'll do:

→ Handle inbound & outbound interactions for US-market campaigns
→ Communicate with customers on high-trust, high-stakes topics
→ Resolve concerns with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
→ Maintain detailed records and follow compliance standards
→ Work closely with campaign and quality teams

What we're looking for:

→ Experience working on Solar, Insurance, or Final Expense campaigns
→ Strong spoken and written English at a US-client standard
→ Comfortable with sensitive conversations and objection handling
→ Able to work night shifts on-site
→ CRM or dialer experience is a strong plus
