Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

 • Assist customers with service inquiries, price estimates, and appointment scheduling

 • Respond to customer emails and chat inquiries

 • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers

 • Update and manage CRM records daily (HubSpot experience is a plus)

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills

 • Neutral or American accent preferrez

 • Sales experience is required

 • Basic CRM knowledge required (HubSpot experience preferred)

 • HVAC industry experience is a plus,
