We’re looking for a 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞(𝟬–𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲) to join our dynamic team at 𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗱’𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and providing timely, effective support through calls and chat. You should have 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
The role requires problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to understand customer needs while maintaining accurate records of interactions. Strong coordination, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. Prior experience in call or chat support, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be a plus.
