🎯 Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative / Project Manager who is tech-savvy, fluent in English, and experienced in handling international clients. This role combines customer support, client communication, and project coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chat platforms
• Provide technical support for software products and services
• Attend and lead client support calls, offering real-time solutions
• Manage and track project deadlines and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA)
• Document support cases and maintain detailed communication records
• Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution
• Build long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
• Identify process improvements based on client feedback

🔍 Requirements

✅ Proven experience in customer support / client-facing / technical support roles
✅ Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
✅ Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
✅ Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
✅ Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
✅ Experience in software / tech environments preferred
