💼 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Customer Support Representative (CSR)
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Gulberg, Lahore
⏰ 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (12:00 PM - 06:00 PM)
📆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: 6 Months – 1 Year
💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Market competitive

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms (preferred)
• Problem-solving attitude and team-player mindset
