Customer Support Representative

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in RSP/Publication services to join our team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support within RSP/Publication domain
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience dealing with international clients.
- Familiarity with publication workflows, research papers, journals, ebooks, or editing services.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
