Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Karāchi. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting problems, handling customer complaints, providing product information, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
