As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the backbone of our client operations. You will provide high-level administrative, operational, and communication support in a fast-paced virtual environment. We are looking for exceptional communicators who thrive on building relationships and solving problems.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. Client Success & Communication
- Active Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence, clarity, and a solution-oriented approach to assist US-based customers.
- Email Excellence: Draft professional, high-stakes correspondence that reflects the "human touch" of our brand.
2. Administrative & Meeting Support
- Meeting Preparation: Gather relevant information, research stakeholders (including doctors/medical professionals), and prepare materials for virtual meetings.
- Calendar Management: Master the art of scheduling and time-zone coordination for international clients.
3. Operational Excellence
- Insurance & Database Coordination: Coordinate with insurance companies for inquiries and maintain meticulous records in the client’s policy book of business.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on diverse topics and analyze customer complaints to identify underlying issues and recommend improvements.
- Financial Accuracy: Prepare and offer precise price quotes to customers, ensuring alignment with service offerings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: A 4-year Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations).
- Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You must be comfortable handling "Cx" (Customer Experience) via phone and email.
- Technical Readiness: Prior experience working with US-based clients and comfort working the night shift (US hours) is mandatory.
- The "Can-Do" Mindset: A proactive multitasker with extreme attention to detail and a passion for sales/client success.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams), and professional office suites.
