💼 About the Role:
Scaleup Connect is hiring a Customer Support Executive for one of its clients, supporting USA-based business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and experience working in a structured, process-driven environment. Experience with CRM systems will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US-based operations professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and support requests.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed call logs and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Process customer requests and service updates accurately in internal systems.
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor service tickets and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports as required.
• Use CRM software to track customer interactions and communication history.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data confidentiality.
• Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline)
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or a similar role
• Prior CRM experience is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable working night shifts for US clients
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Customer-first and team-oriented mindset
