Junior Level (Not for Senior Profiles)
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in Arabic and English and ready to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Requirements:
🟢 Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
🟢 Strong communication and customer handling skills
🟢 Comfortable working on-site : Monday to Friday (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
🟢Flexible to provide weekend support when required
🟢Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
🟢Basic computer proficiency (email, chat, ticketing systems preferred)
0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
