Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Intermediate or Bachelor’s (completed or in process)
Prior chat-based customer support experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Willingness to work on a monthly roster
Night Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
