Job Requirements:
- *Language Proficiency*: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- *Qualifications*: Intermediate
- *Age*: Candidates must be below 35 years of age.

Responsibilities:
- Handle *inbound calls* providing excellent customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Work in a *rotational shift pattern* (morning, evening, night) as assigned by management.
- *Shift Duration*: 8 hours.

Compensation Package:
- *Basic Salary*: PKR 50,000/-
- *Incentive*: Up to PKR 10,000/-
