Are you a fluent English speaker with expertise in patient communication and international client support? Cyber System is expanding its operations in Lahore, and we are looking for dedicated Female Customer Support Executives to join our USA healthcare IT team!

Candidates with experience in Medical Front Desk (Inbound) are strongly encouraged to apply.

🌟 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Hands-on experience in Patient Calling / Healthcare Communication (Prior international call center experience preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional English fluency (spoken & written) and basic computer proficiency (MS Word & Excel).
- Role Focus: Handling inbound patient calls, scheduling, and healthcare front-desk queries for US practices.

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Mozang / Fane Road, Lahore (On-Site)
