PlanlabSolutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative to handle international clients across multiple communication channels. This is a non-sales role focused purely on delivering high-quality customer service and support.

 

 

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Organization: PlanlabSolutions

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore

Shift: Evening Shift/Night Shift/Morning Shift (9-hour Shift)

Compensation: Market-competitive salary based on relevant experience and interview up to 55000

 

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in Zendesk, Gorgias, and Kustomer-type CRM.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role or supervision.
  • Availability for night shifts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Email Queries, Live Chat and Calls with international clients
  • Proficiency in computer operations and using MS Office and Excel.
  • No sales, targets, or commission-based work.
